This is sad to see but it is life in the wild. The lions seen in my previous post killed the giraffe pictured below. Then for two days the animals, all in pecking order, can to claim their part of the remains – of course after the lions had their fill.
It was fascinating to see the various animals getting their share while watching out for whoever else was staking out the situation.
