We took tuk tuks all over. Often when we hired a tuk tuk driver to take us to a site, we just asked him to wait for us (sometimes as long as 2 or 3 hours) to take us back to the hotel or to another location. There are so many tuk tuks and drivers that this is a normal way of hiring them. In this case, the guy had the opportunity to sleep while he waited to take us to our next destination.
