The cell phone is everywhere. It is truly universal. Here I have looked through my images from my trip to Indonesia and found several with people using or just holding their cell phone.

I love photographing kids. I especially love seeing kids interacting and caring for younger children as you can see in this first image.

We had just watched a demo of a woman applying makeup to a young woman before a dance performance at a traditional holy festival. Then she took a break.

The following photos were taken at a religious festival.

I stood near this beautiful young girl who was diligently photographing (I believe both stills and videos) an elaborate dance performance. She was with her granddad. She kept checking that what she was photographing really captured what she was observing. I could not take my eyes off her.

I wonder if he was trying to figure out something complex.
